Ever wonder why the live music at every Muir Beach Volunteer Firefighters BBQ is always so exceptionally good? Chalk it up to André Pessis! Year after year André is the guy who recruits the musicians that are featured as "André's Allstars." They're André's friends and associates and they're long-time professionals. (Check out their websites!)
The world recognizes André as an Award Winning Songwriter (16 hits and in seven #1 albums), but Muir Beach folks know André as a home-boy...one of the initial Volunteer Firefighters (over 40 years ago)...and a long-time friend of the BBQ that provides most of the money that keeps the Volunteers going.
So that's why the music is so good. Come next year and see for yourself. And put your hands together for André and all his All-Stars. They rock!
